- Final confirmation of catering services is subject to availability and agreement on menu selection, pricing, and event details.
- Booking and Payment
- To book our catering services, customers may be required to pay an advance amount as per our mutual understanding.
- Full payment must be completed before or on the event day, as per our agreed terms.
- Any cancellation requests should be communicated in advance, and last-minute cancellations are not allowed.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are subject to deductions based on expenses already incurred.
- No refunds will be processed for last-minute cancellations (within 2 days of the event).
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate event details, including the number of guests, venue, and special dietary requirements.
- Any changes to the menu or event details must be communicated in advance for smooth execution.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a suitable setup and dining area for food service.
- Customers are responsible for Cleaning Services, if needed we can arrange upon agreed extra payments.

- While we take all necessary precautions to maintain food quality and hygiene, we are not liable for any allergies, health issues, or unforeseen circumstances arising after food consumption.
- We shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen venue restrictions.
